Just thought i'd let anyone who is about to move in here NOT TO DO SO!!! CoinMax is all I have to say, they are the contracted company that deals with the laundry facilities on the complex. Get used to not being able to wash/dry your clothes due to a couple of circumstances: 1) The washer/dryer does not work. 2) The CoinMax machines that you add money to the cards with are either broken or missing(There are only TWO machines for the entire complex) and 3) The washers do a half cycle and leave the tub full of water and DOES NOT DRAIN IT. When I called the office and asked why werent we, the tenants, not informed that the value adding machines would be broken/missing, the lady simply replied "Well, Sir, I knew what was going on." I then informed the Manager that there was no mistake in the approval rating percentage and then stated that it was hovering around 25%. A few potty mouth words later and business was concluded as usual.....by them repeating "Ok, ok ok ok......ok" To everything I say. Not, "Well fix the problem sir, or we'll look into finding another company to handle our laundry facilities" Nope, Just I'm sorry you feel that way. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!!! And of all the stuff we've gone through, i'll put pictures this time. These pics are from the major year long evolution we went through to get our windows fixed, and i'm sure they're jsut temp fixed....HOPE YOU DONT GET MY OLD APARTMENT!!!!
