First Looks at this Complex are Deceiving

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
 
At first, this complex seems great: the square footage is decent and the location is not too far from the ocean. But, the longer I live here the more problems I find. The cealing above our bath tub leaks, mold was found on the cealing fan when we moved in, the hot shower water doesn't last very long, the same cigarette butts have been on the grass in front of our complex since we moved in, broken branches have been on the ground or the past three weeks and the walls are very thin. This is definitely not a quality complex.
