ATTENTION! ATTENTION! ATTENTION!
EVERYTHING WAS FIXED THE DAY I TURNED IN MY MAINTENENCE REQUEST!!!!!!!!




I JUST MOVED HERE A FEW WEEKS AGO. THERE ARE NUMEROUS THINGS WRONG WITH THE APARTMENT TO START (THE MODEL IS NOTHING LIKE YOUR UNIT):

OUR CARPET WASN'T LAID RIGHT. THERE ARE HOLES AND A HUGE GAP AROUND THE WALLS I THINK THEY CUT IT TOO SHORT. THE "NEW CARPET" WAS FULL OF STAINS WHEN I MOVED IN.

-MY LAUNDRY ROOM DOORS DON'T OPEN OR CLOSE.
-THE KITCHEN FAUCET DOESN'T WORK AND THERE IS NO HOT WATER.
-NONE OF THE BLINDS IN THE APARTMENT OPEN UP OR CLOSE.
-MY PATIO DOOR IS FALLING OUT OF THE DOOR FRAME.
-MY GARBAGE DISPOSAL IS BROKEN.
-MY TOILET SEAT IS BROKEN, ITS JUST LIKE SITTING ON THE TOILET.
-ALL DOORS IN APARTMENT SERIOUSLY LET IN CRAZY ARTIC BLASTS. ITS VERY COLD OUT.
-- THERE ARE MANY OTHER LITTLE THINGS THAT ARE MESSED UP, BUT I CAN LIVE WITH THEM --


ALSO THERE ARE OTHER DRAWBACKS:

YOU HAVE TO PAY $36 A MONTH FOR CABLE, WHETHER YOU WANT IT OR NOT.
THERE IS NO CABLE IN EITHER OF THE BEDROOMS!!!!!!!!!

THE "DOG PARK" IS SMALLER THAN MY APARTMENT AND THE GATE IS BROKEN AND WIDE OPEN. EVEN IF IT WAS FIXED MY DOG COULD WALK RIGHT UNDERNEATH IT AND GET OUT.

ALSO YOU EITHER GET A WASHER AND DRYER OR YOU DON'T. YOU CAN'T BRING YOUR OWN.



I AM PLANNING ON PUTTING IN MY MAINTENENCE REQUEST SOON. SO WE WILL SEE WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THAT.

AS OF RIGHT NOW I AM VERY HOPEFUL. THE OFFICE STAFF HAS BEEN WONDERFUL. AND THE MAINTENENCE MAN I DID MEET OUTSIDE WAS VERY NICE AND HELPFUL.

I am so glad that I read your review. I was planning on turning in my application this weekend but now I am going to continue looking at other apartments. The model apartment is beautiful, I would have thought that all of the apartments looked like that. I was also unaware that there is no cable hookups in the bedrooms. I am definitely going somewhere else. Thanks for the review!

Cable is $50 anyway...so I saved money. If you want cable in your bedroom you can have it installed there. All you have to do is ask. I looked at alot of places...and there really is not anywhere in this area that you can bring your own washer and dryer. My place is fine with very few problems.
