This apt complex should be reported. Way to many problems. Watch out if guests park, their cars will be towed. Have heard gunshots outside at night time and very noisy all night long. Office people do NOT care, all they care about is keeping the places rented. Maintenance people have an attitude problem..There are hundreds of other apts in the area..look at them before this place.

gunshots? Are you serious? Dont get me wrong Ive had some maintenance problems but at the very least..safety has never been a issue.

chrisald you just have to keep trying to protect this place dont you? I wonder what you have going on when no ones around with the office attendants to have such a great experince at this hellhole

Anonymous - I don't have any reason to protect Linkhorn Bay. I just think fair is fair. It's one thing to complain about true complaints but I don't like it when people complain about things like the jets and blame it on the apartment complex or just plain lie. I don't really like the place and will move when my lease is up but it isn't the worst place at the beach either.
