Linkhorn Bay apartments... hmmmm where to start '' The day i moved in with my 4 month old daughter and fiancee ready to start my new life, i went to put the silverware in my kitchen drawer... the kitched drawers are so small you cant even get a silverware holder into them. a week after i moved in, my a/c stopped working, it took them 3 months to come and fix it ( after heat of the summer ) and when it was still warm enough to have it on, it started freezing up and leaking, leaking onto my water heater underneath, my water heater caught fire 2 times because of the water leaking, despite my numerous calls to office. they felt it was not much of a problem to them. resulting in alot of this, wich to this day still and i have unfortunately been living here for a little over a year. has still not been fixed, i have mildew growing in my bathroom, despite lysol and heavy duty cleaning, my daughter has stayed sick the entire time, my screen door just fell over one day out of no ware. sliding glass door came off of track, ROACHES !!! for the first time in my life. party neighbors that puke on staircase, they have destroyed alot of my apartment outside, towel rack fell of ( fixed my self ) i had to scream for 4 months for them to replace my carpet, wich was so old had rips in it, they finally did that and the same mildew spots that were in the old carpet have come up underneath the new carpet, my car got broken into a month after we moved in.. followed by 4 more break ins and a streak of someone spray painting peoples vehicles through the parking lot, thanks to the ghetto up the street. on top of that you better make sure you get to the office immediately to buy..yes thats buy another sticker for your rental vehicle while its being repaired from all the break ins.. or it unfortunately will be towed...even though they dont seem to tow the party neighbors that dont live here. what a convinience, i had to renew my lease for a flex lease, and found out that rent went up .. please i am telling you, i am not the only person who has suffered here. i have spoken to over 15 people to know of or have lived in or currently living in this place that wish they would not have screwed themselves... please think really think before coming here. the only reason i have not sued them for every thing that i had to live with out... hot water, a/c, mildew unsafe conditions, is because i can not afford an attourney b/c they like to charge so much for such a peice of work.

Yeah!! This place does suck!! I haven't and I pray that I don't have to experience my car getting spray painted or broken into. I do plan on getting the HELL out of from my lease in June. I already know that they are gonna play stupid when I tell them I am not renewing my lease. Surfingemt were you told that you didn't have to have a written notice about you not renewing your lease? I'm not in the mood to be playing games as I already have another apt in line just waiting for the move in date.
