Well lets see... Thanksgiving weekend (saturday) our electricity goes partially out. (No major appliances such as the stove, refrigerator, or dryer work.) So there was no heat and no hot water on top of all of that. Its now Wednesday and they just now got it back on. We had no electricity yesterday what so ever. The manager was completely rude and basically guilt tripped us about getting a hotel room for the night. There is a woman in my building with a baby none the less and she said she went through the same problems. They act like they care but they really don't. The manager told one of the other women in my building that he had a life too when she went up there raising hell about all of this.

They don't care about their tenants... hints why so many people are moving out. Drive through here at night if you want to see what the people are REALLY like in this neighborhood.

Ever thought about calling the City? If you have a legit maintenance issue and they are neglecting you, then contact Code Enforcement. That is what they are there for.

we had our electricity go out one night and they put us in the model apartment. we went through maintenance for that, and not the office, since it was closed, but the office told us we could stay in the model as long as we needed to. they were great about that, and we had pets and 2 small children. i dont think there's anything they can do about your electricity going out. Water and heat are a different issue.

Yeah well it was my entire apartment building in the same situation. I don't think all of us could stay in the model apartment. Not that they offered to begin with anyways. And we had minimal electricity which lead to the no heat and electricity, at least for the first 3 days. Then we had no electricity what so ever.
