I am so unimpressed with the staff in particular. Getting issues (such as our dishwasher or washing machine not functioning at all) are only resolved when we threaten legal action for their lack of care for items in our lease. When I call the office and get -----, I hang up...because I know that her answers will be inaccurate, ill-informed, and downright rude. My husband thought it was just bad luck, and then called with a basic question about lease transfers. He was also appalled by the incredibly bad customer service.

The size of the apartment is okay, but the appliances are old and poorly running. They never really solve issues. The entire year we've been here, we've had problems with our AC leaking onto our hot water heater. They've come out 9 times and fix it temporarily, but now the flooring under the unit is rotting out from all the moisture. They still aren't replacing it.

We are moving out shortly, but I plan to alert the persons who live below us that there is the potential for the rot below our hot water heater to drop the unit through to their apartment. I have notified the office by certified mail of their legal responsibility for updating this unit, and hopefully that will get some help.

If you deal with the office, do EVERYTHING via email to document things in writing. Forward it back to them if you don't get a response.

This place is a pain in the ass to deal with, but eventually you can get changes if you are assertive enough and they know you're willing to escalate things to a legal matter. They'll do the bare minimum if they can get away with it, but they know they have legal responsibilities. We did eventually get a brand new dishwasher, after 2 weeks of having to hand-wash and call back repeatedly.

I would never recommend this place to a friend...or anyone, for that matter!
