This place is a dump. We lived at the Willow 2 bd rm 1 bth. Maintenance guys are nice but talk bad about the office. Office is RUDE and talks bad about the maintenance. We called about the bugs and maybe besides spraying we asked if we could get bug traps. They said that would come out of our pockets. Apparently the bug problem is our prob and they kindly (out of contract) spray for us. The bugs are out of control! Lots of so called water bugs and tons of spiders! We put in our maintenance complaints 7 days after we moved in and didn't get them taken care of till 4mths later. The only reason they took care of it then was because we called the BBB on them. The paint job was so bad it was peeling after a mnth of living there. I guess they didn't prime. Our shower stopped working (had not water pressure) and the office said it wasn't a maintenance emergency so no one came till a week later! We had a water leak and mold started growing. This too was not an emergency and wasn't taken care of till two weeks later. The windows are busted so our electric bill was high! Our lease is up at the end of the mnth! We can't wait to move!

I don't think I have ever read a good review about this complex. My son lived there and they had all the same problems until they called health dept. and still not all the things that were suppose to be fixed were..they moved. I think management there is horrible, they just DON'T care. place should be forced to gut apts and refurbish.
