THE WATER BILL HERE AT LINKHORN BAY IS AVERAGED OUT FOR THE WHOLE COMPLEX THEN DIVIDED BY YOUR SQUARE FOOTAGE.

THE OTHER MONTH THE BILL WAS OVER $75 (FOR A 2 BDRM) AND THE HIGHEST IN LINKHORN BAY HISTORY.

AS A SINGLE WOMAN IN A 2 BEDROOM I KNOW HOW MUCH WATER I USE. I DON'T SHOWER EVERY SINGLE DAY, I MAYBE RUN THE DISHWASHER 2 TIMES A WEEK AND PROBABLY DO 2 LOADS OF LAUNDRY PER WEEK AND I FOLLOW THE "IF ITS YELLOW LET IT MELLOW" SAYING... I AM A BUG WATER CONSERVATIONIST. AND I KNOW FOR THE LAST 3 YEARS MY WATER BILL EVERYWHERE ELSE HAS BEEN ABOUT $15-$25 A MONTH.

THE SYSTEM THEY USE HERE IS OUTRAGEOUS AND MAKES ME SICK!

i've heard from someone who has only rented her whole life and she said she's never heard of what this apartment complex does regarding water bills. She said she didn't think they could legally do that. and she has rented apartments her entire life. does anyone know anything else about this issue? you cant talk to the Office about it, cause they have no idea. The turn over ratio is outrageous there.

the water bills really are outrageous,we are paying 50 - 65 dollars a month and we dont have a washer machine in the apartment either I wonder if the laundry facility water bill is averaged in to the other apartments bills?

I just did a search on sex offenders and found that 5 are living here in Linkhorn Bay.

The reason the turn over ratio is so high is because Linkhorn is a training facility for those getting into this field. Once they have had enough training, they are sent to other apartment complexes or property management offices. The manager confirmed this for me.
