First of all i find it ironic that i am writing this review. Six months ago, right before moving in me and my roommate looked at this and figured it was just competing complexes writing these reviews,i wish..i can tell a story regarding linkhorn bays services for every single week that i lived here. At one point we went without heat and hot water during december and it took a week for maintenance to come out and fix it. When we decided to hold of on our rent they gave us a court notice..."Sir, you are paying for the appartment not for the services." Well i said whats an apartment where i cant take a shower and freeze my ass off on a daily basis. That is just one of many things that occured since we moved in 4 months ago. My friend accidentally left the parking pass upside down in the car and they towed it. The mailbox was broken into and they kindly fixed it by laying it back in place. We had bugs and it two months for them to come and spray. The heater in the closet is to this day sparking and is a major fire hazard. The shower has broken twice and it gets rigged worse every time And so on...The funny thing is we recently had two open apartments and they made sure to clean everything visible to make a good first impression that i so easily fell for. The ladies in the office are very nice, it just a lack of professionalism. If i can save one person from making the same mistake it was worth writing this review. Make sure you talk to more than one person before making the move and confront the agents about these kind of things. After all a few hundred reviews must have some truth to it or a very very bored competing real estate agent.
