I am military and have lived in apartments all over the country. This is by far the worst apartment complex i have had the displeasure to live in. It is a fight to get anything done and the front office basically smiles and tells you they are sorry. First big event was when my upstairs neighbors were away and their refridgerator died. The food created so many bugs and the smell was so horrible that my neighbors and i started to complain. It took us calling the main branch in Pennsylvania to get anything done. My water heater leaked flooding my apartment. The apartment manager flat out said he wasnt coming out to see it and had what seemed to be a high school kid come out to fix it. No luck. My A/C has been broken for a month. Not one time has an HVAC tech been called. I keep getting told i am on the list for a replacement. The only thing i get is somebody to charge the freon which drains out in a day. So in August in Virgina heat I have no A/C and management blows you off. DO NOT COME HERE.. THE CHEAP COST IS NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE
