I moved out of Linkhorn this past summer. I lived there for a little over a year. After college I got a teaching job at one of the private schools in the area. I was new to Virginia Beach, but had a good friend that was currently living in the area and looking for someone to move-into a 2 bedroom with her. I left it up to her to find an apartment...she was pretty trustworthy. We got a 2 bedroom on the lake that didnt have a washer/dryer. Though I was not pleased about not having a w/d, she made sure we were close enough to one of the rooms on-site. The only real issue we had was with a leaking dining room window. They tried doing a bazillion things before actually replacing it. That got pretty frustrating because I knew from the get go that replacing it was the only real remedy. My boyfriend got towed:-X Be extra careful with the parking situation. I was bummed that they upgraded the cardio equipment 2 months before I left because I would have used the gym a LOT more. I guess not everyone has a good experience, but I wanted to let y'all know that there are some people out there that liked living at this place. I was lucky enough to buy a house but if your looking to save some $$ up to purchase a new home...this is not a bad place to live in the mean time!

This must be one of the few exceptions. No one should move in here thinking that they will be part of the exception. A 21% approval rating should be enough said. If you rated the office staff as well as you did, you must have never talked to most of them.

The cardio equipment never got replaced and this place is way too expensive. Linkhorn sucks.
