Yea, all those positve reviews must be coming from the managers. This place is a cheap dump, so if that's what you want, welcome home. If want to move into a place, trash it, and move out, this is the place...
But if you want a nice place to live, then go somewhere else. They have snotty little princesses in the office who think that they can just be rude cause they are pretty. The manager only seems to care about the show apartments. And it takes a lot of harrassment to get them to fix anything. They hired some guy to as a super who used to be all rude and sexually suggestive with everybody. After numerous complaints he was fired, so he came and beat up the last woman who complained about him, while she was on the computer video phone with he husband who was deployed in Iraq. The manager threatened all the employees not to say anything or they would be fired. The gym is not very big or nice. I walked in my apartment the first time, said hmmm, maybe I should go somewhere else. But I didn't and I regret it very much. The dog park is a joke. It's way too little, they never cut the grass, it is coverd with fleas and chiggers, and covered in poop. I really can't stress enough how much this place sucks. There is a hidden cable fee, and they don't tell you that you are in a crash zone for the air base next door. If they don't tell you that, you have thirty days to leave. I found that out about 60 days too late. Go somewhere else.
