I have lived here for almost a year & I am so glad my lease is almost up! Before moving here I read the reviews and went against my better judgment. I should have listened to the reviews and NEVER moved here. First, when I moved in the apartment was disgustingly dirty. I always clean before moving hand anyways, but this was ridiculous! Forget about getting Maintenence to come out & fix anything. You literally have to threaten taking Management to court before you can get anything done. I had to go without hot water for 3 days! They still have yet to correctly fix that!!! For as much as you pay in rent here, you are better off going somewhere else and getting the bang for your buck.

I totally agree with everything you say!!! We lived there for a few years and our lease is up end of the month. We've already moved out, but wasn't going to pay $2000 to get out of our lease. We had to go without water for a few days too because we were told that not having water was not deemed to be an "emergency". My husband went to the office to the information for the management company for the Linkhorn Property and the people in the office threatened to call the police if he did not leave immediately. Needless to say, we are writing the management company a very nasty letter about this place. We also were robbed while living there too. (and the office didn't want to send someone out to fix our door that was busted too when they broke in)
