On friday November 20th I noticed there was a ladder leaning up aganist the back of a building. The ladder was left there all day long. There was no one from PRG anywhere around. I called the office and spoke to Tracy. She told me there was nothing she could do at this time. They were working on the roof. When I explained to her that the ladder had been sitting there all day and no one from the company had been around since it went up she said she would try to call someone, but she wasn't sure if anyone was around. It wasn't until I told her that there are children that play around here and that God forbid one of them play around or on that ladder and get hurt because someone left it there. PRG would be in the middle of a lawsuit and she could have prevented it just by having the ladder removed. After all that she then told me she would have someone remove it.

Explain to me why a ladder would be left up all day with no one around' Where were the workers that should have been working' Why leave a ladder up against a building your not working on' Why tell me there is nothing you can do when I call to inform you about it'

It's no wonder why I see people leaving here all the time. I don't think I want to renew my lease if this is the treatment I get. The management needs to look at who works in the office because they are the face of Linkhorn Bay.

If you want to be treated like a person talk to Ludy. She is always so helpful and doesn't see you like a dollar sign. If she doen't know it, she will find it out and get back to you. They really need more employees like her and less like Tracy.

The main reason people only tell the bad things about this place is because that's just about all there is to tell!! I've never had a maintenance guy call out "maintenance" before entering my apartment. It looks like this Carlos guy is one of the few, maybe the only one, who knows what he's doing. I did research before passing judgment, saw all of the terrible reviews, and moved in anyway, hoping it wasn't as bad as everyone was making it out to be. Well, it was, and it is, and I can't wait until our lease is up.
