After having my carpet get wet from a problem upstairs to my bathroom sink having problems Carlos was there to fix it. He is very knowledgeable about his work and is very respectful! He should be the Supervisor- maybe then he could get this place on the right track!

This is probably one of the only positive responses this apartment complex has received. My experience there was horrible. After switching apartments due to a robbery in our apartment, all the things wrong with the apartment were never fixed after we finished out a 11 month lease and moved out. Safety is a big concern for me. We actually believe our new neighbors were dealing drugs. We had people knocking on our door at all hours of the night for our neighbors, and they were going up into the attic space above our apartment (we were on the 3rd floor). Besides having 4-5 children living in the apartment, and all kinds of adults, the man in the house was home all the time. Kinda scary, very glad we moved.

I'm actually a current resident @ Linkhorn Bay, and I must say... NOTHING has gone well since the day I moved in WITH THE EXCEPTION OF CARLOS! Since Carlos came to work here things are actually getting done right(THE FIRST TIME) and IN A TIMELY MANNER! All I can say is "Thank Goodness for Carlos!" He shows the type of work ethic that is respectable! He shows that he actually cares about the residents. I think Carlos is definitely the one who should be running things around here. He's organized, attentive, concerned and most definitely shows that he understands business. Residents make recommendations; Carlos realizes that the residents are the customers and should be treated with courtesy and respect, and when they are... they bring in more business.
