Is that the spanish hot tech,yes he's very respectful and explains why tubs or sinks get clogged he came and unclogged my bathtub and sink and did other repairs that weren't on ther ticket.he's very proffessional and when he says he coming back he does.He's a great tech and also greg has been to my apartment several times that smooth barry white voice of his.let me stop
