Apartment was Condo Quality. Although noise could be an issue due to noise above you (walking, etc.) we never heard anything from neighboring apartments or below us (we were on 2nd floor). Would recommend 3rd floor if you don't want to hear anything. Office staff was helpful & friendly overall, however Maitenance was overworked and underpaid, therefore things were not always done correctly. Biggest complaint was pool hours, poor schedule to begin with and then management would close pool early most of the time. Enjoyed our neighbors and the events/parties held. Safe place for kids overall. We lived in 5793 Magnolia Chase Way - Friends on Lilac Lane have to deal with Drag Racing along Lynnhaven Parkway. Complex should offer a playground in the feild area as well as other activities. As far as interior of apartment layout ws great, just didn't care for hole above the fireplace for your TV, they should have installed shelves for VCR, Stereo, etc. All in all great place to live. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji
