After reviewing the commemts of my fellow neighbors I had to respond. I have been a resident for a year now and love it here. The apartments are condo quality. The management has been extremely friendly and helpful. Maintenance has been great as well. I can only think of one occassion that i had to wait more than 24 hours have a work order completed.

I?m rellay sorry to hear that someone has had a bad experience with drag racing on Lynnhaven pkwy. I live on Lilac lane as well and havent heard anything. Overall I would recommend the community to everyone. It?s a a great place for families. The schools are great as well.
