The reputation of Magnolia Chase is far greater than it actually is. Be aware of falling into the trap of it being a 'luxury apartment of kempsville.' I too was woken up in late or early morning hours by a loud motorcycle or people partying. I felt like I was back at my college dorm with all the noise, parties and car racing.

Besides the loud rude people, there is a bug problem in the apartments. Silverfish are everywhere. The maintenence were good about spraying for them yet, they seemed to come back in hords. It was gross and was dirty inside.

The positive is that the staff try to be nice to your face. But be ware when you move out and need something becasue they will be rude to you. Many people have had this experience and I warn you beofre getting into the trap of moving into these so called 'luxury apartments'.

I speak the truth and thought you needed to know. I wish someone told me all this before I wasted my money on these apartments.
