magnolia Chase apartments is one of the last places I would reccommend anyone to reside at in Virginia Beach. The rent is too expensive you can rent or buy a house for an equivalent price. Yes they are beautiful. They do not include anything. You have to pay gas and electric, and it is mandatory to get renters insurance that should be an option. You have to pay the water bill for the community pool, even when you do not use it. You only get one pool pass per apartment, and you have to pay everytime you use it, The fitness center is the size of a bathroom, where there are not even any cleaning supplies. (PETS) Have to be under 25 lbs(understandable) The deposit is a near $400.00 with an additional $35.00 added to your monthly rent. My boyfriwnd and I didnt even get the apartment we wanted and agreed to. We were placed in a completely different apartment after the lease was signed. The biggest problem is MANAGEMENT!!!!They are extremely rude. Once they get your money and the lease is signed everything changes. On a five star rating I wouldnt even give this complex a one. I do not here street racing, but it is immpossible to relax with your windows open because you here EVERYTHING ELSE. Save your money and get a house
