We have lived at Magnolia Chase for approximately nine-ten months and we love this space we call home. While I do think the rent is a tad expensive, rent anywhere in Virginia Beach is expensive. I do wish they would include gas, electric, or water...something! I love the layout, the spacious kitchen and laundry room! We have had several problems with ants and silverfish, but the last time I checked, neither one was dangerous...I live on Lilac Lane and have heard no street racing, though I do think some of the tenants could drive a little slower through the parking lot. We haven't heard any of our side neighbors, but the guys girlfriend upstairs walks pretty heavy...I'm hoping that she either loses weight or they break up.

I do have to agree with my fellow residents in regards to the office staff. They treat you as if you are just a number, especially the old lady. (sorry, don't know her name) They should take a course in hospitality. However, I love Ricky and the lawn guy; they have always been great! The maintenance lady does nothing but drive around in the golf cart and smoke...wish I had a job like that.

Overall, I love living here. We have received numerous compliments on our apartment and we feel like we are home.
