IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A PLACE WHERE YOU CAN PARK IN FRONT OF YOUR OWN PLACE, YOU DON'T WANT TO RENT HERE. THERE ISN'T ENOUGH PARKING FOR EVERY APARTMENT TO HAVE ANY MORE THAN ONE PARKING SPACE A PIECE. I WAS TOLD BY JACK'S TOWING THAT MAGNOLIA RUN SUPPOSIDLY SENT OUT A NOTICE TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO HAVING MY CAR TOWED THAT THEY WOULD BE ENFORCING THE "RESERVED PARKING" ISSUE. BASICALLY YOU ARE ONLY PERMITTED ONE PARKING PASS PER APARTMENT NO MATTER HOW MANY VEHICLE'S OR PERSONS LIVING IN THE APARTMENT. THEREFORE YOU HAVE TO SCRAPE AND PILLAGE TO FIND A PARKING SPOT FOR YOUR OTHER VEHICLE WITHOUT THE STICKER AND WALK THREE MILES TO GET TO YOUR FRONT DOOR WITH YOUR GROCERIES, YOUR HANDICAPED MOTHER OR OTHER RELATIVES, OR WITH YOUR CHILDREN IN TOW. SO NOT ONLY DO I PAY RENT EVERY MONTH AND BEING A LEAGAL RESIDENT I GOT MY CAR TOWED FOR CHOOSING TO PARK MY NON STICKER CAR IN A RESERVED PARKING SPACE (RESERVED FOR RESIDENT'S)WHICH LATE AT NIGHT YOU GET SLIM PICKINS. SO OBVIOUSLY I PARKED IN A SPACE I HAD TO WAIT FOR SOMEONE TO PULL OUT TO GET INTO ANYWHERE NEAR MY PLACE. SO UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR STUFF TOWED FOR THEIR LACK OF SPACE FOR ALL RESIDENT'S TO HAVE MORE THAN ONE CAR PARKED AT THE COMPLEX, YOU SHOULD NOT RENT HERE.

I don't agree with this response. I live in an apartment complex where I usually don't get to park in front of my building either...but I pay rent and I should have a parking spot where I don't have to hurt my back carrying groceries and my daughter in her carseat three miles to my front door. Apartments should accomidate parking spaces for the cars you have!
