Me and my wife have lived here for over a year and absolutely love it. We have lived in L.A., San Diego and compared to some of the bigger cities this place is quiet and what we would expect for the amount that we pay. Some of the people complain about the situations that they put themselves into. ie.PARKING. get your own place with your own driveway. you knew the rules...your fault and move if you don't like it. The staff has always been more then willing to take care of any issues and problems that we have encountered such as noise and fix it problems. The grounds are always kept in good conditions. I would recommend magnolia run apts to anyone.
