I moved to Magnolia Run when they first opened and at first the price was a shock, but then I saw the apartments and realized why I was paying so much. The amount of space you get is UNBELIEVABLE! I can say that the management definitely watched and took care of the place because I was dog-sitting for a friend, and I wasn't supposed to have a pet and within like a day there was a note telling me about it. I mean kind of crappy, but it told me that they were paying attention to what was going on! As for maintenance, I had no problems they came when I called and fixed things to par. As for parking, let me put it to you this way we had a 2 bedroom, but had a friend "live" with us for a while and we never had trouble findinf parking considering that there is parking in front of the buildings and then another parking area right behind that anyone can park in! But I mean hey I guess that if you're so picky that you need to park like directly in front of your door, then you would have problems, but I see it as a little exercise never hurt anybody!

I lived there back in 2003 to 2004 and for the price you got alot of space and the interiors were really beautiful. I really liked living there. My complaint though is the parking. The parking was kind of a headache and they didn't always have the nicest property managers. Seems like they went through them very fast but as far as maintanance they were very good. They were always respectful of my apartment and fixed things as fast and as best they could. I never had a problem with any of thier maintanance staff. Infact I can remember maintanence coming out to my apartment at ten in the evening to fix a leaking refridgerator. I haven't had that kind of service since I've lived there. I've lived in apartments since and none of them compare to Magnolia Run and Magnolia Chase. At those apartments I was able to live my life without bitchy neighbors complaining. I even had four cats and the property manager knew it and never ever said anything to me about it. She even let me paint my apartment whatever color I wanted. It was alot more lax then I guess. The only other thing that I can say negatively about Magnolia Run and it wasn't even their fault is the place tends to be haunted. Well my apartment was anyway but that wasn't anybodies fault. I have alot of fond memories of both complexes and wished I still lived there today. I'm paying out the nose in rent and utilities where I live now and it's not near as big. My electric bill where I live now is more than my car payment where as at Magnolia Run my electric bill was the cheapest it ever has been. I miss those days.
