It isn't even close to being worth what they want for rent. Every year they jack the price up just because they can. Parking is not well thought out. Regulations are enforced depending on what race you are. Not to mention there are numerous sex offenders living near by. Police reports show that there were quite a few burgleries and other related crimes just with in the apartment complex. The apartments are not well insulated, so heating and cooling costs are higher than they should be. None of the utilities are included, so efficiency of the units are not a concern of the management. The optional "storage unit" is nothing more than a closet off to the side of their "optional garages". They don't have a playground for children on the site. I do not recommend this apartment complex to anyone.

Yes, there is a playground for children. It's behind the office. I've been here over 9 months and I haven't heard of any crimes committed here.

I lived here with my sister in 2005. This is a pretty nice community (or so I thought). I came outside one morning to go to work and someone stole the tires off of my car!! I was really shocked because I wouldn't expect that from this neighborhood.
