Sometimes i wonder what people expect from a apartment. OK, i know you want a safe, quiet, affordable, up-to-date place, which is fine. but damn people. I hear "I cant have hamster." Ok hamster causes bug...roaches for example. I lived here and had absolutely no problem. ..Let me think, could it be that im in my mid-20's'''' Don't think so..lol. I lived here and seriously the only problem i had was parking... :| ok, ok, so what you cant park DIRECTLY in front of your building!! walk alittle. I find that people that rent in general, might have experienced one negative-incident and they go buck-wild, CALM DOWN PEOPLE!!! I'm probably the most pickiest person when it comes to housing, coming from the suburbs. This place is all good.
