I have to laugh at all the "good reviews" because I think the staff at Maple Bay have to sit around and write that stuff to make their townhomes look better. Since they can't seem to get anything fixed on time, that has to be what they do all day! I can't wait to move out of this place. The maintenance is the worst I have ever seen and I have lived in four different apartment complexes since college. My health has suffered and my allergies increased since moving in here....low and behold, its because mold is growing everywhere..including in the air vents. Please don't bring your children here! And they brag about an olympic size pool...don't peek at the pool during the winter months..its full of algae!! They can't even manage to cover it! And the tennis courts' Ask to see those too. What a joke! Talk about a rip off. Who cares about the jet noise when this place is such a dump.
