Don?t go to Maple Bay, they let criminals run free here. Jumping fences and stealing whatever is on your back patio. Neighborhood kids from other complexs have free reign to runabout, no supervision from staff (see below).



Maintenance in a total joke, wash/dryer was half-assed fixed. Hole in ceiling from leaking bath room plumbing was still there after four and a half months due to lack of funds, yet they raised our lease rates.



So called alloted parking is a joke, you can get towed by the neighbors, even if your in a open parking space. They say you can not work on your automoblie in the parking lot, yet almost everyone does and they don?t care or follow up on complaints about it.



Completely rude staffers with total lack of care to helping residents. Rip-off artists in in finest format, will probably charge me extra when I move out on some bogus statements of paint and carpeting needing redone.



Yet the company has alloted funds in accordance with state regs to do said work, and are not to bill residence with extra fees.



Noise from Oceana will keep you up all night.



Recommend to look elsewhere do not use any AIMCO property if you have any common sense.
