In my experience it has been a cozy place for my family to live. It is tasteful - clean and bug free, staff is friendly, and my maintainance issues have been addressed immediately. There's been no crime that I am aware of and I feel safe here with my children. I plan on staying renewing my lease. There is jet noise, but that is everywhere in this area! Parking has not been a problem for us. We have 2 cars and 1 designated spot and we always park both near our place.
