O.k. now I don't want to sound like a house hopper but I have lived in about 6 places in the past 10 years. I have to say that Maple Bay has by far been the best. The staff has been here longer than I have and always acts like they are happy to see me. The maintenance team is nice too. I have yet to have a problem that wasn't addressed. I plan on staying at least one more year since I want a house soon. But, I will miss the service. If you are looking for a big home with lots of closet space and good sized kitchen in a great area Maple Bay is where you want to live.
