i just transfered here. we saw the place online when i was shown the place the office was great to us but the townhome isnt all its cracked up to be. we were looking for something in a better area. they said they are trying to raise prices to get out some of the rif raf. not a place for me and my boyfriend. they were ok townhomes (a little dirty and old) but the area is horrible. the neighbors to the townhome we had on hold were nasty!!! outside on thier porch braiding hair and blasting music and smoking weed. In the middle of the day!!!!!!!! we saw a few other aimco propertys reflections, and mariners cove. they were much much better. its sad because they could be realy nice if the area and prices were a little higher to keep out the trash. we went with the other property. they gave us a military discount, and were in a much better neighborhood. hopefully once they run out the low income we will check them out.

you are full of ----! i lived in maplebay townhomes for 2 years and i know you have to pay extra money for a porch. if your neighbors wanted to braid hair on the porch it is there busniess. If the music was that damn loud then your punk ass shuld have told them to turn it down. since you like to talk about trash so much why the hell don't you just get a house. the problem is not with maplebay it is with you. just because people braid hair in the middle of the day does not make them any less of a person. all power to them if they are paying that high rent like you. Oh and by the way there are people from all walks of life in the military so as long as you live in a military town where all sorts of people collect BAH and good pay, you will not get away from "trash" so i would like to say ---- you you conceded ------- and move the ---- away.

The comments that were made about the hairbraiding was unnessasary (sound races).And raiseing the prices does not help. Some people take care of there ---- some don't. I love loud music,I listen loud. But there should be a respect with it also. Maplebay did a cheap and quick fix up.There is mold in the walls. I hope no one dies from it. I have been sick three times.the carpet is dark arround the walls. I know it is mold. been there done that. They said it is dust. I am one that takes care of my ----. and this is --------.Maplebay is a ripoff. And I can't wait to move. For this price I might as well be in nothern VA, Or NYC, and all in between.
