Are you attracted by the price and the location. Think it twice... you are going to get all kind of fees and charges when you move out. With pets and kids I agree we left the carpet in bad condition and they have to replace it but my husband works in remodeling houses and knows about carpet prices... they charge was a joke!!!
The place is worthless, they never had clean the airconditioning ducts, mold everywhere. The AC NEVER worked right, they came every week to fix it, never do it right. I knew after we moved that it is by law they have to keep it working right ALL the time. They didn't care. Not to mention it takes MONTHS to come and fix all that is falling apart and leaking. If our doctor told you to avoid the sun from 11am to 4 pm forget it... they open the pool at 11 am and close it at 8 pm. The "backyards" between the houses are full of dog poops, noone ever pick up after they dogs, my kids never could play outside or even drop the trash without stepping in one.The kid's area... that is the wild cat's litter, besides there is a swamp next to it and you get 200 mosquitoes on your face in 2 seconds. This place is so unhealthy and nasty!!!!
The"fitness center" .... hahaha what a joke, one treadmill one fitness machine, and ladies be ready to share the bathroom with the maintenance guys. Those are nice, I think it is not their fault if they don't get money to fix things properly.
The girls in the office are always rude, if you can find them...
One more, the Village St is a shortcut, don't leave your car parked there it is going to be hit by sure.

In reasponse to this I would just like to say that this person is a joke!!! The reason there was so much dog crap everywhere was because their dog was the one that was shitting all over the place!!! That is why their children couldn't play outside, maybe if they weren't so lazy they would get up off of their ass's and clean up after their animals. The real reason that this person is so mad is because he had to pay extra for their shitting pets and messy children!!! If they didn't have to do that I am sure they would have enjoyed their stay at the Maple Bay Townhomes.
