I lived in Maple Bay from May 1997 untl Jul 2005. In my years there I saw people come and go quickly for some reason or another. During my time there my children were safe and out of harms way. The school district is the best and it is conveniently located to shopping and medical facilities. The staff was always available when I called upon them for any services or just to ask questions. I read some of the reviews regarding safety and pest (ie roaches etc)well I never had any bugs in my town home nor any problems getting them to spray if needed. The homes have withstood many hurricane seasons without losing power and whenever a power outage occurred it was up and running quickly. Yes, there are children in the neighborhood and you saw or heard most of them during the summer. None the less they are out of school and on vacation. I did not encounter problems with any neighbors or visitors for that matter during my years at Maple Bay. I loved my "home" and community, they made sure to it that me and my family felt that way. If I had not relocated to another city I would have given them another year or two. As with any rental property you can not please everyone but know that home is what you make of it and if you treat others the way you wish to be treated then you will receive the same. I know that for me and my boys this was our home and we absoluetly loved it there.
