These place was a nightmare. I can't believe somebody said that the people that had problems here are the one that pay rent late or trash the place or park where they are not supposed to and more. We paid rent ALWAYS in time, took absolutely GOOD care of the place (the inspection went GREAT after we left...the carpet DIDN'T even need to be cleaned!!!!), we didn't have any pets and we always parked in our spots. I am starting to think that the good ratings here are from the people that run the place!! There was NOT a gift basket when we moved in, but a long list of stuff to be fixed...good "welcome home" gift!!!All the bad things that have been said about this place are true. I would not reccomend this place

I wonder why do you really care who I am?? would my name make a difference to you and your staying at this garbage place?? this is a website for opinions after experiences...why do you care about answering my post anyway?? nothing better to do?? are you getting any money out of it? if so I should get the same hobby!! Now for me to add to what my wife wrote: First of all since you are so concerned with who we are I'll tell you I am a military and english is not my wifes first language so it isn't perfect, how many languges do you speak?? Day one of our move in we gave them a 2 page long list of things that needed repair and it took them over 4 months to get MOST of it done somethings were still broken when we finally thankfully left that hole. |

I think we are the glad ones!!let me tell you that now we own a home and in less than 2 years we made $100,000 in equity, so who is more glad now?? enjoy your life in that HOLE!!!! ahahahah
