First of all when we moved in we loved how much space we had. And then we realized that the walls were so thin that we could hear every time that our neighbors fought. We also could hear everytime they took a step upstairs. We had a surprise visit to have our water heater removed since it was leaking into the neighbors apartment. Our complaints weren't that important. When they removed it they scratched our kitchen floor and stained our dining room carpet. When we moved out six months later, after complaining about it every month, the stains and scratches were still there. We never paid our rent late and I didn't even know we were supposed to get a "welcome basket" until I read it on this site. I don't recommend this apartment for anyone who wants appliances to work and wants peace and quiet. odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG

our appliences always worked. Yes there is jet noise but considering what the military is doing for us I don't mind. I have had no problems with noisy neighbors. You all must be at another Maple Bay because I haven't run into any of these problems in the 3 years I have been here.
