This is my second stay at Maple Bay Townhomes. I was there from 1996-1997 and as a glutton for punishment, we moved back!! It hasn't changed except for the refacing. The insulation sucks, the noise is horrible and the air conditioning doesn't work. It's hard to find decent apartments here in VA Beach and this one should be overlooked. And it has turned into a ghetto from when I lived there before. Rent also went up almost $200.
