Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
I live right next to Maple Bay and my advice now is run! We have young Navy guys who have partys EVERY weekend and throw beer bottles at OUR windows. Remember you my apartments backs up against theirs. The usually have about 40 people out there until about 4 AM. They party and the bad thing is their managment nor the police care. They did remodel but still! Don't rent because they don't care about your safety!
