Maple bay was the worst place I EVER lived (and I have lived in the straight ghetto and would take that any day). THe place had bugs like crazy, spiders that wouldnt go away even after the pest control man came out every week. They made us pay a huge deposit (over $ 1000) and we got none of it back b/c we had a pet (And we paid a pet deposit too dont forget). The staff is HORRIBLE!! I hope they all fall off a cliff! Maintnence was ok, they had to replace our water heater, fix the leaky bathtub ofetn, but never fixed the leaking toilet in the 18 months we lived there. Plus parking sucks, unless you pay for a spot. The neighbors were ok in my area, but i wouldnt let my dog live there again!

You don't get your deposit back if you owe money to the community for not paying rent OR you leave the place trashed and you were nasty! So, which one were you?

We have lived at Maple Bay for 3 years and we are going for a 4th year. The staff are great and maintenence was there everytime we called and our problems were fixed in no time. We have no complaints of Maple Bay. The people that have had problems turned out to be problem tenants. People get thier deposits back if they leave the apartment clean when they move out. I never saw any bugs except a few spiders that were taken care of by pest control.We really enjoy being here. Our neighbors are great. We all look out for eachother and we have a great place to walk our dog and plenty of good kids for our kids to play with.We love Maple bay and don't plan on leaving anytime soon...
