Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2007
 
I have lived here for 3 years and have had no problems. The only thing I would suggest is to have a grace period on the rent like other apts. do. Friendly staff and have always felt safe here. The speeding needs to be looked into especially since there are so many children around. I would suggest this apt. complex to others. The bathrooms need to be remodeled. I have enjoyed living here.
