We recently moved out of the place because of my husband's deployment. We lived there for a year and it was an ok place but because they are so old they have issues. Our upstairs sink was clogged because the pipes were rusting in the walls and they never did anything about it. Also When they "remodled" the outside they took the weather stripping off our back door and it took them 3 months to put it back. we had a inch gap all the way around the door until they finally fixed it. The sub-floors in the kitchen were giving way, and once again they never did anythign about it. They offer washer/dryers but they are really too small, especailly if you have a family and the price to wash clothes in the laundry room is rediculous. The management staff was nice up until we moved out. They were suppose to do a move out inspecation WITH US and didnt and we ended up getting charged for stuff that wasnt our fault. Also its a regualr occurance for people to throw furniture in the dumpster, we put an old couch out there because we were getting rid of it. we ended up having to pay close to $300 for what they called "removal fee" and a "fee" from the sanitation department. They didnt "remove" anything because I talked to several people I know that still livd there and they all said that no one did anything with the couch...When I called to discuss the "fee" the girl i talked to was really rude and condecending. Over all... I wouldnt move back there, mainly because of the way we were treated when we moved out. It is a fairly quiet community, but the places are old and they are trying "remodle" but I'm not sure how much it will help. Also the ones that are remodled have NO CABINETS in the bath room which is really inconvienent.
