This is my second time staying in an AIMCO run apartment. Maple Bay has been great. When ever there has been a problem they have been out within 24 hours to fix it. The office staff and maintenance staff are very friendly. The only complaint I have is that the rent is a little high and apparently going up now that they are renovating the apartments. I will say though, the renovations are awesome. The only problems with noise have been the jets, but if you live in a military town, you should expect that. We have had no problems with roaches, have seen maybe 3 in one year. The school district is great. Maple Bay is located to many shopping areas and is no more then a 5 minute drive to the beach, if that. I would recommend Maple Bay, or any AIMCO run apartments. Do to my husband's job, we will be moving shortly, we intend to find another AIMCO apartment where we go.
