If you are looking ot move to this place. just know that they will rip you off every chance they get. I received a carpet cleaning bill when i moved out of the unit that i rented. but the carpet had been torn out for upgrades. there was no carpet to clean but there was a bill!! Once i contacted the office all they had to say was that if I didnt want to pay the bill then they would see me in court.....what great customer service. And if you pay extra for a unit that has a washer/dryer unit in it and the unit breaks, dont expect to have any rent taken off for the weeks it takes for them to repalce your unit. Also you will pay for your neighbors water. I received a $150 water bill for the last 2 months of my lease. the funny thing is that we had already moved into our new place for 1 of the months so there was no one there to use the water. so they want me to believe that we ran up a 150 water bill in 1 month. and that just so happened to be the month that we didnt have a washer or dryer in our unit for 2 weeks. so if you dont mind paying all this extra crap, then you might like this place.
