The office staff is rude and thoughtless. They could care less about the people who live there; they are constantly looking for new ways to rip you off. They added all sorts of fees to our move out bill for stuff that was not even our fault. When I called to ask about it they just said your wrong, pay the bill or we will send you to collections. Everyone in the office talked to me in this patronizing voice like I was 2 years old. I would never rent from this place again. I had rented from the same company elsewhere and they had been really great and that is why we moved into Maple Bay when we moved here, but never again, after that nightmare.

I love living here. The office staff has been good to me before, after and beyond. They remember my name any time I come in. Are you mad about something else? I have only had 2 fees. For a reserved parking space and 1 for the gym/pool key which is an electronic key and you get most of that back. I think the home/amenities/staff/area is great. If someone can't appreciate that. I don't think they should live here.

I don't believe a word that's written in the above reply. Where have YOU been living? The staff is among the most poor I have seen in any apartment complex in terms of flexibility and customer service. The staff cares only about 1 customer: AIMCO (their employer). Do not live here unless you are willing to be bullied into exorbitant fees that are allowed because of vague language in the lease contract.
