Fees are UNSAT

The fees are crazy here. How can you advertise community pool/gym and you have to pay to use the services. This is a rental property you don't own this property...u shouldn't have to pay a HOA fee. Maple Bay you ... more

Rats

Do not move here. Many of the townhomes have rats. We found one the day we moved in. Disgusting.
