This is our first apt. rental in the area, one has to hope there are other, better, caring apt. communities out there. The inside walls are a joke, full of cracks and poorly patched drywall, painted in some strange 'technique' in some spots, but not in others. I suppose to hide some of the horrible wall patches. We smell our neighbors food cooking downstairs, the stench lingers in our place for hours and hours. For the amount of rent charged, I would like to see many upgrades inside, because I feel RIPPED OFF! I totally agree about the lowlifes living here. I don't need to hear young punks cussing on the sidewalks as they drink their beer and whizz in the bushes by our apt. The management company is taking advantage of the renters here, it would be nice if they acted human and changed some of their policies such as offering people a shorter term lease without paying the extra $75 a month. Maybe if you got rid of some of the useless office personnel, you could afford to''
