I have lived here since March and it is an awful place to live. A few weeks ago on a monday we found rats, yes RATS living in the roof of our balcony, but we were told the bug guy only comes on Thursday so they wouldn't be able to take care of the problem until then. After the bug guy came he didn't leave a note to say how he fixed the problem. I called the office to find out because I would like to know if there was poison on my balacony, but they didn't know the exact answer. They told me "Well he USUALLY sets a trap!" Like this is a usual problem that he usually sets a trap! Absolutely disgusting! The roaches are gigantic and never seem to go away. We currently don't have any in our apartment but I would like to walk out of my door and not have one scurry across my feet. The walls in the apartment are poorly patched and are covered in an inch of paint. The bathrooms can only hold one person at a time because they are so small. The only good thing about this place is they allow any size pet. They do have breed restrictions but there are only a few. We would like to move out of here but you have to pay a two months rent penalty fee which would be $1600!! I would not recommend this place to anyone!
