I am currently a resident at Mariners Cove. We live in a 2 bedroom up-stairs apt. For the $879 we pay a month, this Apt. is on thin ice. Yes the complex was remodeled, it looks to me that 99% of the money invested was primarily spent on Curb appeal. I tend to see the landscape attendents more than the maintenance personel. Although when called the do respond, but thier work is shabby at best like they were hired without expeience. The only positive thing I can say is that my lease is up in 3 months.
