NICE STAFF, GOOD PLACE FOR KIDS

I have never had a problem with the staff, or maintenance people. It is true that sometimes the maintenance people are understaffed and take a day to get to you - but they ALWAYS come when it is urgent (like the time my pilot light was out and wouldn't stay lit - they came within 15 min). The office staff has always been friendly and sweet to my son (who goes in there sometimes to just ask for a bottle of cold water!) Kids can play outside, safe neighborhood, no problems with vandals, drugs, etc. - the only bad thing I can say is that some of the apartments are dated - but it is worth it for the schools and the safety of my kids!!! I LOVE IT HERE - and have been here for 2 years.
