i just moved in a couple months ago, and i thought they looked great from the "model" apartment. i am a very clean person and already have seen the biggest roaches i've ever seen. when i first moved in the carpets looked horrible along with hair everywhere. the toliet in the bathroom is cockyed and is on the opposite side of the sink which also provides no counter space. the kitchen is very nice with the exeception of gigantic roaches coming from nowhere. everytime my neighbors walk around it sounds like a train coming through the ceiling and my neighbors have dogs that bark really early in the morning and run around constantly. there is no outside vent for my dryer so it gets incredibly hot when i do laundry. so far the maintenance has been prompt, some of the office girls are ok (jean) and others i want to knock out. they need more chairs for the pool area, the capacity is 170 and they have like 20 chairs. they only have one tiny little play area, they need to invest in constructing more room with more play areas. if your towed and your parked on one of the courts than you deserve it. they clearly have plenty of signs that tell you that. the only reason i really want out already is cuz of the roaches and loud neighbors. i've nevery lived with bugs before and i dont plan on it, you nasty people that dont clean and cause the roaches i hate you, and try to learn how to grow up and clean and get a life and stop causing the roaches cuz you are lonely and they only like you cuz your so disgusting.
